At TiendaPadelPoint Miami, we strive to deliver your padel gear as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to orders with a delivery address within the State of Florida.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to [mention regions, e.g., Latin America and the Caribbean]. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tienda Padel Point Miami LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

5. Shipping Damages

If you receive your order damaged (especially in the case of rackets), please email us immediately at tiendapadelpointmiami@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and the original packaging.
