Refund and Exchange Policy

At TiendaPadelPoint Miami, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Product Condition (Golden Rule)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be new and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Padel Rackets: The factory plastic seal on the handle must not have been removed. We do not accept returns for rackets that have been used on court, show signs of hits, scratches, or sweat residue on the grip.

  • Apparel and Footwear: Items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging. Used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

2. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please email us at tiendapadelpointmiami@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or there was an error in the shipment on our part.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return at our Miami warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Manufacturing Warranties

All our rackets carry the official brand warranty. If you believe your racket has a manufacturing defect (premature cracks, core failure without impact), we will handle the claim with the manufacturer. Please note: Damage caused by hitting walls, the ground, or a partner's racket is not covered under warranty.
